HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:

Anna was built in 1909 to a traditional fishing cutter design in the famous fishing port of Frederikshavn on the North-East coast of Jutland by the local boatbuilders Mortesen.

After being sold out of service and converted to a pleasure yacht the current owner bought Anna as a restoration project and had the vessel professionally restored in 2005.

Carvel oak planked hull on oak frames. Swept, paid pine laid decks. Traditional high bulwarks with oak cappings. Varnished oak deck-house, cabin coamings and brightwork. Long keel, raked stem, elliptical counter stern.

Attractive fully refitted interior in a traditional yet stylish and bright finish with quality light oak joinery throughout. Accommodation for six in three cabins.

Forward chain locker.

Fore-cabin with twin berths to port and starboard, drawers and lockers.

Heads compartment with shower, washbasin and wc.

Open-plan saloon with settee berths and portside roote berth. Cabin table with skylight above. Lockers and shelving.

Fully fitted modern galley with gas cooker, stainless steel sink, fridge, pantry and crockery lockers. Pressurised water system and hot water boiler.

Deck saloon with pilot berth/settee, chart table, navigation equipment.
