Broker's Details:

HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:

Dr. Thomas Harrison Butler needs little introduction as one of the country's leading yacht designers of the 1930's.  His work is much admired worldwide and yachts are still being built to his many varied cruising yacht designs. Veritia is an able, well balanced cruising yacht influenced by THB and attributed to his design although modified by the builders. The modified design later became a recognised class known as Water Bugs.

In the present ownership Veritia has been completely re-fitted to a high standard throughout and is presented in excellent fully commissioned condition.

Pitch-pine planking copper fastened to steam bent oak timbers. Sheathed decks, teak cabin and cockpit coamings. Long straight keel. Varnished teak transom.
