HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:
SUDE DENIZ was built to traditional Mediterranean gulet lines in Turkey in 1996 and re-fitted in 2013 for high-end charter as part of a fleet of similar vessels operating out of Marmaris.
Red Pine, Beech and Oak constructed hull with Red Pine and Mahogany (Tetra) planking with Iroko laid decks, superstructure and brightwork. Interior fitted with mahogany joinery and veneered marine plywood.
Powerful Masthead Bermudian Cutter Rig. Steel main and mizzen masts, keel stepped. Stainless steel standing rigging. Furling genoa, furling jib, battened mainsail and battened mizzen.
355hp CATERPILLAR DIESEL ENGINE, 2376 hours recorded, cruising speed 7-9 knots, range 560 nautical miles with 2,000 litre fuel capacity. Battery charger. 25 kw WESTERBEKE and 19kw PERKINS GENERATORS. 220/24 volt electrics.
6,000 litres fresh water capacity in polythene tanks. 4,000 litres black water capacity.
Accommodation for twelve in seven, air-conditioned cabins, all with ensuite shower/heads.
Seven showers and seven flush type heads in total.
Aft Stateroom Master Cabin, four double cabins and two single cabins. Separate crew cabin in the bow. Large central saloon/dining cabin with open-plan galley.
