HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:

The Queen Class 38, designed by the much-respected Alan Buchanan is based on the successful Vashti, the class winner of the Queen’s Cup Race first established by the Royal Yacht Squadron, Cowes in 1853. GAZUMP OF GREENWICH was moulded in 1965 by Tyler & Co to Lloyds 100 A1 class. She was laid up in Universal Shipyards until bought by the current owner in 1971, completed and commission in 1972 and registered in London that year. Stationed in Upnor GAZUMP of GREENWICH has cruised extensively in their ownership for near half a century. The time has come to find a new custodian to follow in their wake and enjoy this modern, pedigree classic.
