HISTORY & DESCRIPTION:
CASABLANCA is an elegant, classic 45ft motor yacht with eight berths in three cabins.
Built in 1970 by a skilled boatbuilder in Falmouth, England and re-engined in 1979 with two 220hp Mermaid diesel engines that have been overhauled and regularly serviced. GRP moulded hull with encapsulated timber frames and stringers.
Teak decked with a spacious and comfortable interior gives an ambience of times gone by.

The forward teak deck has been recently re-laid and all remedial work carried out.
Saloon: with ample seating for 6/8 people to dine around the large table. Lots of storage cupboards including a cocktail cabinet. Table lamp, New 12 volt down-lights. TV for DVD use, radio/CD player, wall clock and barometer. Several fan heaters, extension cables.
Galley: Recently refurbished with full-sized fridge and cooker, double sink, microwave, new downlighters and ample storage. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils included. Kenwood hand mixer, kitchen scales, kettle, toaster, 12volt fan.
Forward cabin: – 4 Bunk Beds with memory foam mattresses, two wardrobes and drawers. New downlighters and two reading lights, Hatch to the upper deck.
Forward Shower/Heads Recently upgraded shower area has a washbasin and cupboard under and electric toilet. New downlighters.
Middle cabin: – 2 Bunk Beds with new memory foam mattresses, double wardrobe, and 6/7 drawers and opposite the middle cabin is the:-
Laundry: with an automatic washing machine. Hand basin and large storage area under.
Aft Stateroom: – Double bed, new memory foam mattresses. Large wardrobe, dressing table having five drawers and two bedside cabinets and reading lights.
Large Rear Shower/Heads: with washbasin and cupboards below and electric toilet
Wheelhouse: Re-upholstered and has a new Neco Marine VHF radio and Raymarine chart plotter, and the rear deck has fixed seating and space for further table and chairs.
Engine Room: Pair 220hp Mermaid diesel engines, recently serviced, 5 large batteries, extra fuel filter system, 220-volt hot water tank. Small Inverter system installed for 220 volts.
Fitted with Automatic fire extinguisher system as per insurance cover required.
Many extras may be included, such as folding table and director two chairs, TV screen for DVD use, portable radio, assorted tools and Karcher pressure washer, Dometic 12/220 volt/gas cool-box.
