Wheelhouse:
Entry is via one of two doors either side of wheelhouse.The wheelhouse has just had a brand new roof fitted; inside is bench seating, controls and wheel.
Hatch into skipper’s cabin. A lovely light room with attractive wooden cupboards, bench seating, skylight and plenty of portholes.
Forward of wheelhouse, steps down into the galley and saloon area. The galley is well equipped with ample fitted storage, sink, Smeg oven, fridge and washing machine and two large skylights plus portholes letting in plenty of natural light.
The large open living area has planked oak flooring, good headroom throughout, benched seating at either side that hides the low-rise radiators and a wood-burning stove.
Walk forward and you are in a corridor/study area where there is lots of natural light thanks to a skylight which sits in a huge hatch that can be removed to allow large items to be brought into the boat with ease.
To your right is the bathroom which has just been fitted, tiled and decorated with new shower, wash basin and waste saniflo.
On your left is a small compartment for the WC.
Walk forward and you enter the master cabin which has fitted wardrobes and cupboard space on either side giving plenty of storage. Room for king size bed.
Forward into the bow where there is an unconverted room currently used for storage but could be a third bedroom. It has a ladder and hatch that opens onto the deck.
